On Jan 7th class we ended with a combo V to fireman move. Here is what you learned on Jan 14th and the video to help you practice even if you don't have a pole.
Inside step
Pivot Slide in front of the Pole to 2nd Pose
Backwards wide Mysterious Girl
Pole slide with 2 feet
Step back through and grind Hip Swish
One Pole Twirl
Sit Around the Pole
Combo V to Mysterious
Walk to 1st Pose
Leap to Backwards Firefly
